Off season

 The off season probably the most important part of basketball and any other sport. If you don't workout and work on your game during the off season you'll find yourself being worse and worse compared to everyone else as the years go on. For basketball you have to work on your quickness and leg strength because those are the two main things. If you want to be good at basketball you have too be able to jump pretty high.

  1. Emma- Like I said in one of my comments before, I have never played basketball on a team before but it seems like it would be fun and a great excersize. I would love to try this sport but I still would have to put in a lot of work in order to get all of the skills down.

  2. I personally don't have an off season. But I do agree that is important to stay in shape all year.
